Special Thanks to ASID Pasadena President Lee Mink ... From ALNO Pasadena, Fred Crockett and Vince Luzzi
Green industry leader, ALNO Pasadena, a kitchen design studio located in Sierra Madre was pleased to host the Pasadena ASID chapter for their monthly meeting on Feb 21st, 2008.
Owner Fred Crockett found the event to exceed his expectations since 84 members attended and several guest chefs demonstrated the ease and simplicity in using the ALNO product line.
Expert wine sommelier and partner Russ Meeks from Red White and Bluezz in Pasadena poured vintage pinots, merlots and chardonnay to the delight of the guests who had ventured as far as San Francisco for this special event. "We kicked off the launch of our industry partnership web blog called
www.kitchenhip.com and attracted several sponsors included Miele, Gaggenau, Kueppersbush, Liebherr Fagor, and Cesarstone."
"Within our green environment, we are educating our residential buyers and industry partners that style and fine green kitchen designs are available now in Southern California with no compromise in quality or taste," remarked Crockett. Vince Luzzi gave tours of the newest ALNO facility serving the Los Angeles market which included a stunning roof top panoramic view of the San Gabriel mountains from the top of the ultra hip kitchen design showroom. Local recording artist Eric Byak entertained guests throughout the evening with his original smooth jazz guitar musings. Guest chef and owner Gilbert Lucero from Lozano Restaurant had not seen such a beautiful modern kitchen design and looked forward to catering the next event with his three sons as diligent catering assistants. "It could not have been a more perfect evening and we thank you all for coming," smiled Fred and Elizabeth Crockett. Special thanks to
Neil Vance who took all our ASID meeting photographs. ASID Pasadena President Lee Mink was very pleased to collaborate with such a professional organization and said this was one of our best meetings in the area. The refrigerator grand prize and cymbidium orchids set the tone for class. Publisher Steve Tobia was on hand to gather another feature story for his luxury publication,
The Magazine Luxury Living.
