ALNO Pasadena provides construction project management services for developers, architects and contractors involved in both large and small projects. This includes pre- construction consultation, design, scheduling, ordering and installation of kitchen cabinets, lighting, counter tops and appliances. All of which are handled thru our ALNO Pasadena showroom.
Product specific management gives our corporate clients a very �real� look at one of the most important and least understood aspects of project development. We are able to make suggestions which, even on small projects, can save thousands of dollars. On one current large project we were able to save the developer $450,000 in lighting, plumbing, drywall, electrical and finishes.
ALNO Pasadena and ALNO AG Germany do not use OEM manufacturing. All ALNO kitchens are manufactured in one of the ALNO factories in Germany. ALNO does not outsource project kitchens to other manufactures and then put the ALNO brand name on the finished product.
When a project is purchased from ALNO PASADENA our client receives factory pricing.
